Beginning March 2006, the ombudsman will report annually to the
Legislature and the Freedom of Access Advisory Committee regarding
the ombudsman's activities and the inquiries and complaints
received.
The bill also establishes legislative staff services for the
legislative committees that are required to conduct the review of
exceptions to public records laws.
