An Act To Discontinue Transitional Child Care Services

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 22 MRSA §3762, sub-§8, śC,
as amended by PL 1999, c. 383, §1,
is repealed.
SUMMARY
This bill eliminates transitional child care benefits under
the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families program.
