Sec. 1. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.

Initiative: Appropriates funds on an ongoing basis to the Land for Maine's Future Board for acquisition of land and interest in land for conservation, water access, outdoor recreation, wildlife and fish habitat and farmland preservation. These funds may be matched by public and private contributions.

SUMMARY
