	This amendment has no net effect on Other Special Revenue Funds allocations and revenues. The loss of  Other Special Revenue Funds allocations and revenues of $316,979 in fiscal year 2004-05 for the Finance Authority of Maine will be offset by gains of the same amounts during the same fiscal year for the Board of Trustees of the University of Maine System.
