Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The bill appropriates $1.5 million in 2004-05 to the Long Term Care - Human Services account - 0420 in the Department of Human Services for home-based care services.  The appropriation is intended to provide services for approximately 300 elderly and disabled persons on waiting lists for home-based care services.
