Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The increased responsibilities for the Animal Welfare Fund program within the Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Resources will require additional Other Special Revenue allocations of $506,375 and $675,167 in fiscal years 2003-04 and 2004-05, respectively.
	The increased Other Special Revenue fees authorized by this bill will generate an estimated $506,375 and $675,167 in dedicated revenues for the Animal Welfare Fund in fiscal years 2003-04 and 2004-05, respectively.
