	Allowing the Director of the Bureau of Alcoholic Beverages and Lottery Operations within the Department of Administrative and Financial Services to join or establish multijurisdictional lottery games may have the effect of increasing General Fund revenues and Other Special Revenue funds expenditures and revenues; the amounts will depend on the number and type of agreements that are entered into and can not be determined at this time.
