Repealing the annual indexing of motor fuel taxes will result in a loss of Highway Fund revenue of $22,136,483 in fiscal year 2003-04 and $27,805,540 in fiscal year 2004-05 and a loss of General Fund revenue of $16,900 and $21,400 in those same fiscal years.
