Fiscal Detail and Notes
	Changing the age requirements for the issuance of certain lobster licenses will decrease annual General Fund revenues collected by the Department of Marine Resources by $3,854 beginning in fiscal year 2003-04.  These same changes will also reduce annual Other Special Revenue Funds revenues collected by the department by $10,058 beginning in fiscal year 2003-04.
