Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The requirement that the Department of Conservation must, contingent upon the availability of funding from private and public sources, develop and implement a pilot playground project will increase the department's Other Special Revenue Funds expenditures and revenue collections.  The amounts will depend on the final scope of the pilot project and can not be determined at this time.
	The Department of Education, the Department of Environmental Protection and the State Planning Office will incur additional minor costs in working with the Department of Conservation on the design and implementation of this pilot project.
