	This amendment reduces the General Fund cost of the bill by $450,000 per year beginning in fiscal year 2004-05.
	As amended, this bill includes a General Fund appropriation of $50,000 in fiscal year 2004-05 for materials and services associated with promoting the Kennebec-Chaudiere International Corridor.
