Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This bill provides additional funding to the Family Division of the District Court in order to increase the number of Family Division Case Management Officer positions by 5.  These positions are split funded through the General Fund and the Federal Expenditures Fund.  This bill also provides a General Fund appropriation to the Department of the Attorney General to establish 2 Outreach Investigator positions.
