	The Secretary of State's budget includes sufficient funds to accommodate one ballot of average length for the general election in November.  Requiring the Secretary of State to prepare ballots for bond issues so that voters may vote on each unrelated item individually may result in increased General Fund costs; the amounts can not be determined at this time.
