bill may increase the up-front construction costs for new and renovated
school buildings in order to achieve the 20% gain in energy efficiency. It is anticipated that savings in school
operating costs for local school administrative units may occur over time as
a result of this measure. Both the
amount of additional up-front costs and the long-term savings can not be
determined at this time. |
