New or Expanded Activity Unit Affected Costs
Requiring local school units to provide written notification of all school activities to non-custodial parents is a state mandate.  Most school units already comply with court orders and provide information to non-custodial parents.  Given this, the additional cost to local school units is expected to be minimal.
