	A General Fund appropriation will be required to fund the general operating costs of the Commission to Study the Policies of the Bureau of Revenue Services Regarding Tax Collection.  The additonal costs associated with providing staff assistance can be absorbed by the Legislature utilizing existing budgeted resources.
