	This amendment reduces the cost of this study by $1,400 in fiscal year 2003-04 and provides that outside funding must be received by August 15, 2003 or the commission may not go forward.  The projected costs for the general operating expenses of the Commission To Study the Scope and Quality of Citizenship Education is $4,920 in fiscal year 2003-04.
