	This bill includes annual General Fund appropriations of  $15,000 in each of fiscal years 2003-04 and 2004-05 to the Department of Marine Resources for the establishment of a grant to the Maine Aquaculture Innovation Center for the operating costs of the Downeast Institute for Applied Marine Research and Education.
