Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The establishment of ATV and snowmobile operator licenses will increase General Fund revenue collected by the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife from license fees; the estimated amounts are $3,700,000 and $150,000 in fiscal years 2003-04 and 2004-05, respectfully.  The Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife will require additional General Fund appropriations of $2,213, 072 and $252,223 in fiscal years 2003-04 and 2004-05, respectfully, for the costs of administering the licensure system and for providing required training courses.
