Fiscal Detail and Notes
Repealing the law which allows the establishment of commercial large game shooting areas will result in the annual loss of $1,120 in General Fund revenues beginning in fiscal year 2003-04 collected from license fees.  In addition, the repeal of this law will result in Other Special Revenue funds savings to the Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Resources of $8,215 and $8,419 in fiscal years 2003-04 and 2004-05, respectively.  The repeal of this law will also result in the loss of dedicated revenues collected by the department in the amounts of $10,880 and $11,880 in fiscal years 2003-04 and 2004-05, respectfully.
