	Allowing licensed marriage and family therapists to receive Medicaid reimbursement whenever licensed clinical professional counselors and professional counselors do would increase the utilization of counseling services reimbursed under the Mainecare program.  The exact amount of this increase will depend on the additional utilization of these services.
