Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The recently enacted 2004-2005 budget bill, PL 2003, C. 20, includes an appropriation of $18,000 for this purpose in each of state fiscal years 2003-04 and 2004-05.  The extent to which an additional appropriation is needed for this purpose will depend on the dues established for each year.
