Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

Sec. 1. 22 MRSA §832, sub-§2, ķA, as enacted by PL 1997, c. 368, §1, is amended to read:

A. Schedule a an expedited hearing to be held as soon as practicable;
