Initiative: Allocates funds to create 2 limited-period Biology Specialist positions through December 31, 2008 to protect and enhance aquatic habitat and comply with a legislative study of the fisheries division. Seventy-five percent of the funding for these positions will be provided by the Fisheries and Hatcheries Operations, Federal Expenditures Fund program.
