| | 1. Requirements. Prior to the expiration of a license, a | licensee may make an application for renewal upon payment of an | the required annual renewal fee, which may not exceed the initial | licensure fee, established under section 12514-A and upon | satisfactory demonstration of completion of continuing education | requirements adopted by the board as a condition of renewal.
