Sec. 7. Water use standards. The Department of Environmental Protection
shall take into consideration when adopting water use standards pursuant
to the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 38, section 470-E that it is not the
Legislature's intent to prohibit all water use in waters that are
reclassified in this Act.
