(2)__A summary of the status of any approved projects;

(3)__A summary of the results of any completed projects;

(4)__Evaluation data and assessment; and

(5)__Other information required to be submitted and evaluated by the joint standing committee of the Legislature having jurisdiction over business research and economic development matters.

2.__Report.__The department shall report no later than January 15th of each year.

3.__Rulemaking.__The department shall adopt major substantive rules pursuant to chapter 375, subchapter 2-A to implement this section.

Sec. NNN-1. 30-A MRSA §5223, sub-§3, as enacted by PL 2001, c. 669, §1, is amended by amending the last blocked paragraph to read:

The conditions in paragraphs A to D do not apply to approved downtown tax increment financing districts or tax increment financing districts included within Pine Tree Development Zones designated and approved under subchapter 3.
