Sec. TT-1. 32 MRSA §93-B is enacted to read:

§93-B.__Epinephrine Training Fund

1.__Fund established.__The Epinephrine Training Fund, referred to in this section as "the fund," is established as an Other Special Revenue funds account and funds deposited to the fund are nonlapsing.__The commissioner may use this fund only to purchase epinephrine autoinjectors and to support the costs associated with training basic emergency medical technicians to administer epinephrine.

2.__Revenue sources.__The commissioner may accept private and public contributions intended to be used for the purposes of the fund.

3.__Budget.__The commissioner shall submit a budget for the fund for each biennium pursuant to Title 5, sections 1663 and 1666.
