been engaged in the business of plumbing for at least 2 years.__
This subsection takes effect June 19, 2005.

 
4.__Local plumbing inspector.__One of the members of the board
must be a local plumbing inspector who has been engaged in
plumbing inspections for at least 4 years and is employed by a
municipality.__This subsection takes effect June 19, 2005.

 
Members are appointed for terms of 4 years.__Appointments of
members must comply with section 60.

 
Any member of the board may be removed from office for cause
by the Governor.

 
Sec. 2. PL 2003, c. 107, §2 is repealed.

 
Sec. 3. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and
allocations are made.

Initiative: Allocates funds for the per diem, travel and meeting
