3.__Quorum.__Five members of the board constitute a quorum.

 
§10154.__Junior Maine Guides and Trip Leaders

 
Curriculum Advisory Board

 
1.__Board established.__The commissioner shall appoint a board
of 5 members to be known as the "Junior Maine Guides and Trip
Leaders Curriculum Advisory Board" and referred to in this
section as "the board," as established by Title 5, section 12004-
I, subsection 24.

 
2.__Membership.__The board consists of one member from the
department, one member from the Department of Human Services and
3 members of the public, one of whom must be a Maine camp
director.__Appointments to the board are for 3 years or until
successors are appointed.

 
3.__Duties.__The board has the duty to advise the commissioner
on the adoption of a trip leader safety course curriculum and on
the adoption of rules for the administration of this section and
sections 12859 and 12860.

 
4.__Compensation.__The public members are entitled to
compensation as provided in Title 5, chapter 379.

 
§10155.__Advisory Board for the Licensing of

 
Taxidermists

 
The Advisory Board for the Licensing of Taxidermists is
established by Title 5, section 12004-I, subsection 23-A and
referred to in this section as "the board."

 
1.__Membership.__Members of the board must be residents of the
State.__The board consists of the following 5 members:

 
A.__Two employees of the department, appointed by the
commissioner;

 
B.__Two licensed taxidermists with expertise in the art of
taxidermy, appointed by the Governor; and

 
C.__One member of the general public with no affiliation to
the art of taxidermy, appointed by the Governor.

 
2.__Term.__The term of office for members of the board is 3
years, except that the terms must be staggered to the extent
possible.__Appointments for terms of less than 3 years may be
made in order to stagger the terms.__Upon expiration of a
member's term, that member shall serve until a qualified
successor is appointed.__The successor's term is 3 years from the
