| Portland, in the County of Cumberland, above the Grand Trunk |
| Railway bridge or within the area enclosed by a boundary |
| line drawn as follows: Beginning at Fish Point at the |
| easterly end of the Eastern Promenade in the City of |
| Portland, thence extending about northeasterly to Pomeroy's |
| Rock, thence about northeasterly to Mackworth or Half-way |
| Rock southerly of Mackworth or Mackey Island, thence in a |
| northerly direction to a point marked by a buoy 1,000 feet |
| from the most easterly point of Mackworth Island, so called, |
| thence in a northwesterly direction 700 yards more or less |
| to the northernmost point of the large ridge on the north |
| side of Mackworth Island, thence in a north northwesterly |
| direction in a straight line about parallel to the Town of |
| Falmouth shore to the point on the shoreline where the |
| property known as the Berry Estate meets the property known |
| as the Portland Country Club, thence northwesterly and |
| southwesterly along the shore line of the Town of Falmouth |
| including that of the salt water pond adjacent to the |
| property known as the Portland Country Club to Mackworth or |
| Mackey Point, thence about southwesterly along the easterly |
| side of Martin Point bridge to the shore of East Deering |
| (United States Marine Hospital) Portland, thence about |
| southwesterly and southerly along said East Deering shore to |
| the Grand Trunk bridge, thence along the easterly side of |
| said Grand Trunk bridge to the shore of the Eastern |
| Promenade, Portland, thence about southerly along said shore |
| of the Eastern Promenade to the said Fish Point, the point |
| of beginning; |
