Sec. 25. Retroactivity. The license limits for total residual
chlorine and bacteria imposed in the Maine Revised Statutes,
Title 38, section 467, subsection 4, paragraph A, subparagraph
(13), as amended by this Act, apply retroactively to January 1,
2003.
