account in the Department of Conservation to the unappropriated

surplus of the General Fund no later than June 30, 2003.

Sec. J-6. Transfer of funds. Notwithstanding any other provision of
law, the State Controller shall transfer $3,200 from the Land
Use Regulation Commission Mining Rules, Other Special Revenue
Funds account in the Department of Conservation to the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund no later than June
30, 2003.

Sec. J-7. Transfer of funds. Notwithstanding any other provision of
law, the State Controller shall transfer $169,000 from the
Shore and Harbor Management Fund, Other Special Revenue Funds
account in the Department of Conservation to the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund no later than June
30, 2003.

Sec. J-8. Transfer of funds. Notwithstanding any other provision of
law, the State Controller shall transfer $3,111 from the
Coastal Island Registry, Other Special Revenue Funds account
in the Department of Conservation to the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund no later than June 30, 2003.

Sec. J-9. Transfer of funds. Notwithstanding any other provision of
law, the State Controller shall transfer $40,000 from the
Community Forestry Fund, Other Special Revenue Funds account
in the Department of Conservation to the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund no later than June 30, 2003. This
one-time transfer is to fund the retroactive portion of the
forester position range change in Part B, section 1 of this
Act.

PART K

Sec. K-1. Transfer of funds. Notwithstanding any other provision of
law, the State Controller shall transfer $19,900 from the
Armory Rental Fund, Other Special Revenue Funds account in the
Department of Defense, Veterans and Emergency Management to
the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund no later than
June 30, 2003.

Sec. K-2. Transfer of funds. Notwithstanding any other provision of
law, the State Controller shall transfer $78,000 from the
Emergency Response Operations, Other Special Revenue Funds
account in the Department of Defense, Veterans and Emergency
Management to the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund
no later than June 30, 2003.

Sec. K-3. Transfer of funds. Notwithstanding any other provision of
law, the State Controller shall transfer $20,000
