An Act To Amend the Laws Governing Antique Vehicles

 
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
Sec. 1. 29-A MRSA §2089 is enacted to read:

 
§2089.__Antique vehicles

 
A vehicle registered as an antique vehicle pursuant to section
457 may pull a trailer or semitrailer as long as the vehicle is
used for noncommercial recreational purposes or for exhibitions,
club activities, parades or other functions of public interest.
