An Act To Provide Funding for Court Security

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

Sec. 1. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.

JUDICIAL DEPARTMENT

Courts - Supreme, Superior, District and Administrative

Initiative: Provides funds to be solely used for contractual services to provide security at the existing courthouses.
