A.__Fails to appear for work, for school or for a meeting with that person's supervising officer.__Violation of this paragraph is a Class D crime;

A-1.__Fails to return to the correctional facility from which transfer was made upon the direction of the Commissioner of Corrections.__Violation of this paragraph is a Class C crime;

A-2.__Violates a curfew, residence, time or travel restriction.__Violation of this paragraph is a Class C crime;

B.__Violates paragraph A and at the time of the escape the person uses physical force against another person, threatens to use physical force or is armed with a dangerous weapon.__ Violation of this paragraph is a Class B crime;

C.__Violates paragraph A-1 and at the time of the escape the person uses physical force against another person, threatens to use physical force or is armed with a dangerous weapon.__ Violation of this paragraph is a Class B crime; or

D.__Violates paragraph A-2 and at the time of the escape the person uses physical force against another person, threatens to use physical force or is armed with a dangerous weapon.__ Violation of this paragraph is a Class B crime.

Sec. 19. 17-A MRSA §1152, sub-§2, ¶H, as amended by PL 1995, c. 136, §2, is further amended to read:

H. A county jail reimbursement fee as authorized by chapter 54-B; or

Sec. 20. 17-A MRSA §1152, sub-§2, ¶I, as enacted by PL 1995, c. 136, §3, is amended to read:

I. A specified number of hours of community service work as authorized by chapter 54-C.;

Sec. 21. 17-A MRSA §1152, sub-§2, ¶¶J to L are enacted to read:

J.__Deferred disposition as authorized by chapter 54-F;
