An Act To Update Laws Affecting the Military

SUMMARY
This bill amends laws relating to military personnel and the
tax exemption for military property. It repeals the provision
that provides a commanding officer authority, under certain
circumstances, to close a place where intoxicating beverages,
arms, ammunition or explosives are sold.
