Oxford the following census units:__Block 1023, Block 1024,

Block 1045, Block 1046, Block 1047, Block 1048, Block 1049,
Block 1050, Block 1051, Block 1052, Block 1053, Block 1054,

Block 1060, Block 1061, Block 1062, Block 1123, Block 1128,
Block 1129, Block 1130, Block 1131, Block 1132, Block 1133,

10.__Creation of Penobscot County Commissioner Districts.__
Penobscot County is divided into the following 3 districts.

 
A.__Commissioner District Number 1, in the County of
Penobscot, consists of the minor civil divisions of Bangor,
Brewer, Clifton, Eddington, Holden and Veazie.__The term of
office of the commissioner from this district expires in
2004 and every 4 years thereafter.

 
B.__Commissioner District Number 2, in the County of
Penobscot, consists of the minor civil divisions of
Bradford, Carmel, Charleston, Corinna, Corinth, Dexter,
Dixmont, Etna, Exeter, Garland, Glenburn, Hampden, Hermon,
Hudson, Kenduskeag, Levant, Newburgh, Newport, Orrington,
Plymouth and Stetson.__The term of office of the
commissioner from this district expires in 2004 and every 4
years thereafter.

 
C.__Commissioner District Number 3, in the County of
Penobscot, consists of the minor civil divisions of Alton,
Bradley, Burlington, Carroll Plantation, Chester, Drew
Plantation, East Millinocket, Edinburg, Enfield, Greenbush,
Howland, Lagrange, Lakeville, Lee, Lincoln, Lowell,
Mattawamkeag, Maxfield, Medway, Milford, Millinocket, Mount
Chase, Old Town, Orono, Passadumkeag, Patten, Penobscot
Indian Island Reservation, Seboeis Plantation, Springfield,
Stacyville, Webster Plantation, Winn and Woodville and the
unorganized territories of Argyle, East Central Penobscot,
Kingman, North Penobscot, Prentiss and Twombly.__The term of
office of the commissioner from this district expires in
2006 and every 4 years thereafter.
