(2)__Order that the agency not be renewed for the next

7.__Exception.__This section does not apply to the State Tax
Assessor with respect to services performed for the commissioner.

 
§10802.__Rule violations; agent

 
Notwithstanding section 10602, a person who violates a rule
regulating hunting and fishing agents commits a civil violation
for which a forfeiture of not less than $100 nor more than $500
may be adjudged.

 
SUBCHAPTER 3

 
LIFETIME, COMPLIMENTARY AND REDUCED-RATE LICENSES

 
§10851. Resident lifetime licenses

 
1.__Infants and seniors. The following resident lifetime
licenses may be purchased:

 
A. For a resident who is less than 6 years of age:

 
(1)__An infant resident lifetime fishing license.__The
fee for an infant resident lifetime fishing license is
$150;

 
(2) An infant resident lifetime hunting license.__The
fee for an infant resident lifetime hunting license is
$150;

 
(3)__An infant resident lifetime archery hunting
license.__The fee for an infant resident lifetime
archery hunting license is $150;

 
(4) An infant resident combination of any 2 lifetime
licenses.__The fee for an infant resident combination
of any 2 lifetime licenses is $250; and

 
(5)__An infant resident combination of all 3 lifetime
licenses.__The fee for an infant resident combination
of all 3 lifetime licenses is $400;

 
B.__For a resident from 6 to 15 years of age:

 
(1)__A junior resident lifetime fishing license. The
fee for a junior resident lifetime fishing license is
$300;
