4.__Carrying loaded firearm on bounds of Limington, Hollis and Waterboro Sanctuary.__A person may not carry a loaded firearm on any of the roads bounding the Limington, Hollis and Waterboro Sanctuary.

5.__Carrying loaded firearm on bounds of Standish Sanctuary.__ A person may not carry a loaded firearm on any road or on the Maine Central Railroad right-of-way that bounds the Standish Game Sanctuary.

6.__Fishing in Carleton Pond.__A person may not fish in Carleton Pond in the Readfield and Winthrop Sanctuary.

A person who violates this section commits a civil violation for which a forfeiture of not less than $100 nor more than $500 may be adjudged.

§12708. Wildlife management areas and public access sites

1.__Designation and classification of wildlife management areas.__The following areas are classified as wildlife management areas.

A.__The following described territories are classified as wildlife management areas to be managed by the commissioner in accordance with the principles of wildlife management, as defined in section 10001, subsection 73, and subject to the commissioner's authority under section 12701:

(1)__Bartlett's Island in Hancock County;
