| | | 1.__Prohibition.__Except as provided in section 12659, | | subsection 2, a person may not ice fish from 1/2 hour after | | sunset to 1/2 hour before sunrise of the following morning. |

| | | §12663. Unlawful sale of lead sinkers |

| | | 1.__Prohibition.__A person may not: |

| | | A.__Sell a lead sinker for fishing that contains any lead | | and weighs 1/2 ounce or less; or |
|
| | | B.__Offer for sale a lead sinker for fishing that contains | | any lead and weighs 1/2 ounce or less. |
|
| | | For the purposes of this subsection, "sinker" means a device that | | is designed to be attached to a fishing line and intended to sink | | the line.__"Sinker" does not include artificial lures, weighted | | line, weighted flies or jig heads. |
|
| | | 2.__Civil penalty.__A person who violates this section commits | | a civil violation for which a forfeiture of not less than $100 | | nor more than $500 may be adjudged. |
