6.__Stocking by commissioner.__The commissioner may, from time to time during each year, stock wild animals or wild birds at the special dog training area and shall charge the licensees a reasonable price for them.

7.__Stocking by licensee.__This section is not to be construed as authorizing licensees to liberate a wild bird or quadruped coming from outside of the State on a special dog training area.

8.__Violation of license restriction.__A person may not violate any restriction of a license or permit issued in accordance with this section.__Each day a person violates a license or permit restriction under this section that person commits a civil violation for which a forfeiture of not less than $100 nor more than $500 may be adjudged.

§12053.__Unlawful use of licensed dog training area

1.__Unlawful use of licensed dog training area.__The following provisions apply to licensed dog training areas.

A.__A person may not hunt on a licensed dog training area licensed under section 12052 except that the owner of the land being used as a licensed dog training area may hunt wild animals and wild birds on the training area to the extent permitted by this Part.

B.__A person may not do any of the following on a dog training area licensed and posted in accordance with section 12052 except as provided in section 12052:

(1)__Train a dog;

(2)__Hold a field trial;

(3)__Enter the area accompanied by a dog; or

(4)__Permit a dog of which that person is the owner or trainer to enter the area.

C.__A person who violates this subsection commits a civil violation for which a forfeiture of not less than $100 nor more than $500 may be adjudged.
