| | 2.__Unlawful methods of hunting wild turkey.__A person may | not: |

| A.__Employ the use of a dog or dogs in any manner while | hunting wild turkeys; |

| B.__Engage in an organized drive of any manner while hunting | wild turkeys; |

| D.__Use a trap or other device intended or designed for the | purpose of capturing or ensnaring wild turkeys. |

| | 3.__Penalties.__A person who violates subsection 1 commits a | Class E crime for which the court shall impose a fine of not less | than $500, none of which may be suspended.__The court also shall | impose a fine of $500 for each turkey unlawfully killed, none of | which may be suspended. |

| | Whenever a section of the State is closed to hunting by | proclamation of the Governor during the open season on birds, the | commissioner, after the proclamation has been annulled, with the | consent of the Governor, may extend the open season for bird | hunting in that section of the State for a period not to exceed | the number of days lost. |
