A.__Employ the use of a dog or dogs in any manner while hunting wild turkeys;

B.__Engage in an organized drive of any manner while hunting wild turkeys;

C.__Use bait; or

D.__Use a trap or other device intended or designed for the purpose of capturing or ensnaring wild turkeys.

3.__Penalties.__A person who violates subsection 1 commits a Class E crime for which the court shall impose a fine of not less than $500, none of which may be suspended.__The court also shall impose a fine of $500 for each turkey unlawfully killed, none of which may be suspended.

GAME BIRD HUNTING

§11851.__Hunting wild birds

1.__Unlawfully hunting wild birds.__A person may not hunt a wild bird, other than the English or European house sparrow and the European starling, except as provided in this Part.

2.__Unlawful possession of wild birds.__A person may not possess, alive or dead, a wild bird, other than the English or European house sparrow and the European starling, except as provided in this Part.

§11852.__Reopening season

Whenever a section of the State is closed to hunting by proclamation of the Governor during the open season on birds, the commissioner, after the proclamation has been annulled, with the consent of the Governor, may extend the open season for bird hunting in that section of the State for a period not to exceed the number of days lost.

§11853.__Closed season; Haley Pond

A person may not hunt waterfowl on Haley Pond in the Town of Rangeley and Dallas Plantation in the County of Franklin.__A person who violates this section commits a civil violation for
