1.__Hunter orange required.__A person may not hunt with
firearms during the open firearm season on deer unless that
person is wearing 2 articles of hunter orange clothing that are
in good, serviceable condition and visible from all sides, except
that a person hunting waterfowl from a boat or blind or in
conjunction with waterfowl decoys is not required to wear hunter
orange clothing.__One article of clothing must be a solid-colored
hunter orange hat.__The other article of clothing must cover a
major portion of the torso, such as a jacket, vest, coat or
poncho, and must be a minimum of 50% hunter orange in color.__The
presence of a decal on an article of clothing that is otherwise
solid-colored hunter orange does not disqualify that article of
clothing from satisfying the requirements of this subsection.

 
2.__Penalty.__A person who violates this section commits a
civil violation for which a forfeiture of not less than $100 nor
more than $500 may be adjudged.

 
§11204.__Criminal trespass

 
A person may not possess a wild animal or wild bird taken
while criminally trespassing as described in Title 17-A, section
402, except as otherwise provided in this Part.__A person who
violates this section commits a Class E crime.

 
§11205.__Hunting on Sunday

 
1.__Prohibition.__A person may not:

 
A.__Hunt wild animals or wild birds on Sunday; or

 
B.__Possess any wild animal or wild bird taken in violation
of paragraph A except as otherwise provided in this Part.

 
A person who violates this subsection commits a Class E crime.

 
§11206. Night hunting

 
1.__Prohibition.__A person may not:

 
A.__Hunt wild birds from sunset to 1/2 hour before sunrise
of the following day;

 
B.__Hunt wild animals, except raccoons and coyotes as
provided in this Part, from 1/2 hour after sunset until 1/2
hour before sunrise the following day; or

 
C.__Possess any wild animal or wild bird taken in violation
of paragraphs A and B except as otherwise provided in this
Part.
