6.__Issuance of archery hunting license; agent's fee.__Clerks
or other agents appointed by the commissioner to issue archery
hunting licenses must charge a fee of $1 for each archery hunting
license issued.__The commissioner shall charge a fee of $1 for
each archery hunting license issued by department employees.

 
7.__Archery hunting licenses; combination licenses; fees.__
Archery hunting licenses, combination licenses and fees are as
follows:

 
A.__A resident archery license is $19;

 
B.__A resident combination archery hunting and fishing
license is $36;

 
C.__A nonresident archery license is $55; and

 
D.__An alien archery license is $70.

HUNTING PERMIT REQUIREMENTS AND FEES

 
§11151.__Bear hunting permit

 
1.__Permit required.__Except as otherwise authorized pursuant
to this Part, a person may not hunt for bear without a permit
from the first Monday preceding September 1st to the day
preceding the open firearm season on deer.__This section does not
apply to trapping for bear.

 
Each day a person violates this subsection that person commits a
Class E crime for which a minimum of $50 and an amount equal to
twice the applicable license fee must be imposed.

 
2.__Eligibility; big game license required.__A person who
possesses a valid license to hunt big game may obtain a permit to
hunt for bear from the commissioner or an authorized agent.

 
3.__Issuance; permit fee.__The commissioner, through the
commissioner's authorized agent, shall issue a bear hunting
permit to an eligible person.__The annual fee for each permit
issued is $25 for residents and $65 for nonresidents.
