The | board is composed of 7 members. This bill provides a forum | for the prompt resolution of such complaints by a board with | specific expertise in the motor vehicle industry, subject to | review by the Superior Court, and when requested, a hearing on | the merits of the dispute. In an appeal of an order of the | board to the Superior Court, the findings of the board must be | published to the Superior Court and the decision of the board | admitted as an exhibit. |
