Sec. 1. Zone established in Blue Hill Bay. Resolved: That the Commissioner
of Marine Resources is directed to establish a zone in Blue
Hill Bay in which finfish aquaculture leases are excluded.

 
SUMMARY

 
This resolve directs the Commissioner of Marine Resources to
establish a zone in Blue Hill Bay in which finfish aquaculture
leases would be excluded.
