| | | Sec. 1. 28-A MRSA §606, sub-§8, as amended by PL 2001, c. 711, §8, | | is further amended to read: |

| | | 8. Limits on price. An agency liquor store shall sell all | | spirits and fortified wine purchased from the commission at | | the retail price established by the commission, except that, | | beginning July 1, 2005, an agency liquor store shall sell all | | spirits and fortified wine purchased from the commission at a | | price equal to the sum of the retail price established by the | | commission and 5% of that retail price. |
