| | | 5. Repeals the requirement that a license holder must | | exhibit that license holder's license, upon request, to a | | registered Maine guide or an employee of the department who is | | not a game warden; and |

| | | 6. Repeals the provision that makes possession of hunting | | equipment in a vehicle on Sunday prima facie evidence of | | Sunday hunting. |
