| | | Sec. 3. Costs. Resolved: That the costs of the study required in | | this resolve must be funded by the conservation program fund | | established and administered by the Public Utilities | | Commission pursuant to the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 35-A, | | section 3211-A. |
